20 years experience, Ed leads the service technicians at Bridgeport HarleyDavidson. Graduating from MMI in 1989, Ed has 20 years of dealership experience. From shovelheads to Screamin Eagle he has seen it all. You won't find Ed behind a desk! He works side by side with his tech's to make sure quality service is assured. Ed is proud of the top notch team he has put together with customer service a priority. Making sure your ride is safe, and performs exactly to your expectations is his top priority.
John Grindrod:Service Technician, Master of Technology
14 years experience, John's love of motor work and complete bike builds has kept him finely tuned as a Master Tech. Speaking of tuning-John is the on hand Dyno Tuning fuel injection specialist. Need more performance out of your bike, he's the man to see. His dealership and aftermarket experience and training lends to his complete service professionalism-no job to big and no problem to tough to solve. Getting you out riding is his top priority.
Neil Kish: Service Technician, Master of Technology
Over 30 years experience riding and working on Harley-Davidsons with 10 years of dealership experience. Neil specializes in all phases of customization, repair, and performance work, with a great knowledge in electrical.
Paul Mann:Service Technician, Master Technician
4 Years experience, after graduating MMI-Phoenix, Paul found a home at Bridgeport Harley-Davidson. Paul has been able to apply his knowledge from school and has quickly become a top technician within the service department. He may be the new guy but his technician skills are not. His attitude of complete, accurate, and fast service will get you out on the road where you want to be.
Laurie Ferriero:Service Consultant, Warranty and Rental Associate
7 years experience, Laurie is the get it done...right person here in Bridgeport.
