Ed Grindrod:Service Manager

20 years experience, Ed leads the service technicians at Bridgeport Harley-Davidson. Motorcycles have been in Ed's blood since graduating from MMI in 1989 to running his own shop. Ed has 20 years of dealership experience and has recently taken on the task of over hauling the Bridgeport service department. From the Shovelheads to Screamin Eagle he has seen it all. You won't find Ed behind a desk! Everyday he is side by side his tech's with a wrench in his hand to make sure quality service is assured. Ed is proud of the top notch team he has put together with customer service a priority. Making sure your ride is safe, and performs exactly to your expectations is his top priority. Thinking about a new motor, overhauling your current bike, or simply your regular maintenance, Ed and his team are ready!
John Grindrod:Service Technician
Master of Technology
14 years experience, John's love of motor work and complete bike builds has kept him finely tuned as a Master Tech. Speaking of tuning-John is the on hand Dyno Tuning fuel injection specialist. Need more performance out of your bike, he's the man to see. His dealership and aftermarket experience and training lends to his complete service professionalism-no job to big and no problem to tough to solve. Getting you out riding is his top priority.
Paul Mann:Service Technician
Expert Technician(Master in March 2010)
4 Years experience, after graduating MMI-Phoenix, Paul found a home at Bridgeport Harley-Davidson. Paul has been able to apply his knowledge from school and has quickly become a top technician within the service department. He may be the new guy but his technician skills are not. His attitude of complete, accurate, and fast service will get you out on the road where you want to be.
Laurie Ferriero:Service Consultant

7 years experience, Laurie is the get it done...right person here in Bridgeport. Through schooling and hands on training, Laurie found her love for "making a bike your own" and has become proficient in listening to customer's ideas, wants, and needs and applying them to make their bike unique through personal customization. Your Harley® Engine can be reborn in Milwaukee!
Our technicians remove your motor and ship it in a
specially designed crate back to where it was
born: Harley’s Capitol Drive, Milwaukee plant.
They completely disassemble your engine, inspect
all parts and replace any that do not meet their
quality standards. Your engine is then
re-chromed, re-powder coated, and reassembled
to factory specifications. Then it’s hot tested on
their equipment and returned to Bridgeport Harley-Davidson
where we reinstall it in your frame. (We can also
install any additional upgrades or accessories you
may want at this time.)
After a final tune and test
ride, you get your bike back reborn and ready to
ride – with a one-year limited warranty on all parts
and labor on your re-manufactured engine. (Call us
for warranty details.) This is the perfect present at a special winter price!
If the weather’s nasty we can
arrange to pick up your bike and deliver it back to you. You can finance your upgrade too, just ask!
